What we offer
The Amplified Creator, a brand of WCM Collective LLC, provides coaching programs, digital products, a free newsletter (the Sunday Signal), and related content for musicians and creators. Specific inclusions, pricing, and terms for each program or product are described on its own page at the time of purchase.
Purchases and payment
Payments for digital products and programs are processed by our commerce provider, Kit Commerce (using Stripe). Prices are shown in USD and are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is stated. You're responsible for any taxes that apply in your location.
Refunds and guarantees
Any performance guarantee that applies to a coaching program is stated on that program's page and forms part of these terms. Unless a specific refund policy or guarantee is stated for a product at the point of sale, digital products are non-refundable once access has been delivered, because they can't be returned. If something's wrong with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
Results disclaimer
We share real student results because they're real — but they aren't promises. Your results depend on your effort, your starting point, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific growth, income, or outcomes, and nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
All content, curriculum, templates, and materials we provide are owned by The Amplified Creator and licensed to you for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share program materials or paid products with people who haven't purchased them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our paid materials.
- Use the site or programs for anything unlawful.
- Interfere with the site's operation or security.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services (including Kit, Stripe, Calendly, Meta, Vercel, and Google) and may link to other sites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of services we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Amplified Creator isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, programs, or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or program the claim relates to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
