Who we are
The Amplified Creator ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of WCM Collective LLC, operated by Cam Morris. You can reach us at hello@theamplifiedcreator.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the newsletter, bookings, store, and site:
- Email and name — when you subscribe to the Sunday Signal, join the Creator App waitlist, or buy a product. Handled by our email and commerce provider, Kit (ConvertKit).
- Booking details — when you book a discovery call, your name, email, and scheduling information are collected through Calendly.
- Purchase information — when you buy a digital product, payment is processed by our commerce provider (Kit Commerce, using Stripe). We receive order and customer details, but never your full card number.
- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymized analytics about how pages are used (Vercel Analytics), and advertising/measurement data via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
How we use it
- To send you the newsletter and content you asked for.
- To schedule and run discovery calls.
- To fulfill purchases and provide support.
- To understand what's working on the site and improve it.
- To measure and, where applicable, deliver relevant advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, primarily through the Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your Meta account.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site run, each under their own privacy terms:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email newsletter and digital commerce.
- Stripe — payment processing (via Kit Commerce).
- Calendly — discovery-call scheduling.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising and measurement.
- Vercel — site hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google Workspace — email correspondence with us.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@theamplifiedcreator.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. Contact us and we'll honor them.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed or a customer, and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or ask our providers to.
Children
This site and our programs are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
